My Family spent 4 Nights for a Free stay at Atlantis plus resort fee, VAT and mandatory gratuity of $257. Here is our review and tips from our Free Stay at Atlantis.
We were able to earn a free stay at Atlantis as a benefit offered by Caesar’s Rewards members when they reach a certain level. Please be aware the packages I received has changed slightly for this year. Also note there are small print that may require a certain amount of time in the casino gambling. We were able to take advantage of this offer last minute thanks to our Southwest Companion pass and miles. We were matched to Platinum status by matching our Marriott Gold Status to Wyndham Rewards. This gave us platinum status at Wyndham rewards which we matched to Total Rewards to obtain Platinum status with Caesar’s Rewards. January was off season so we were able to stay 4 nights in the Royal Tower and provided a casino experience pass. In addition, the casino was offering a $100 slot bonus while we were there. If you match now, your status is good through January 2021 and you can use your Free Atlantis stay any time from when you match until your status expires.
Too good to be true?
Well there is some fine print that you should read over carefully. It includes a gambling stipulation. We didn’t stress about the stipulation but took our time spending the $100 credit and would say we came close to the time min required in the Casino. There are reports that while the stipulation exists they don’t charge you if you don’t meet the min time in the casino.
How to Match Status for Free Stay at Atlantis
Step 1: Obtain Hotel Status at a Chain that is accepted for the match.
First you need status You need to have status with a major chain that Wyndham accepts for the match status. Marriott, Hilton, Choice Privileges, Best Western, Hyatt, Radisson, Omni Select Guest or IHG. If you don’t have status it is very easy to obtain status through a credit card that offers status. Some credit cards such as Marriott and Hilton credit cards offer status to their card holders. You can go to the Hilton Business CC Application (click explore other options to select the card you want) and apply for their cc. The business card offers 10 priority pass entries per calendar year which is a nice benefit.
You will also get Hilton gold status and 125,000 Hilton rewards points which is enough for at least 1-2 free nights. There is an annual fee which is not waived the first year. The basic Hilton cc has no annual fee. It provides silver status which will give you platinum vs diamond which will give you 3 free nights at Atlantis vs 4. With each stay you are offered the option to add on a night or 2 at a reduced rate that varies. I think its worth the $99 investment in the Hilton business cc for the 10 priority pass lounge and the extra free night (if you want to stay at least 4 nights).
Step 2: Match your status to Wyndham
Go to Wydham’s Status Match site, with an image of your status with your name.

Step 3: Match to Caeser’s Rewards for a Free Stay at Atlantis
Once your status shows (at least a few days) on your Wyndham Account you can match to Caesar’s Rewards
Step 4: Call Altant’s Casino VIP Services and Make your Reservation
When your status shows on Total Rewards you are can call Atlantis’s Casino VIP Services at 800-752-9711. Caesar updates their list with Atlantis Mondays and you can call after 5pm to assure your name is on the new list. Then book your stay. Free Stay at Atlantis Packages vary depending on the status you earn.
